How do I request a tow?
To request a tow, simply enter your current location and destination, describe your vehicle and situation, and the app will show you available towing providers in your area. You can view their profiles, ratings, and pricing before selecting a provider and booking the service.
How do I track my towing service?
Once a towing provider accepts your request, you can track their location in real-time through the app. You'll also receive notifications as they approach and when they arrive at your location.
I'm a towing service provider. How do I sign up?
Towing service providers can create a profile directly within the EninTow app. Simply download the app, select "Sign up as a provider," and follow the instructions to set up your profile. You'll need to provide information about your towing capabilities, service area, pricing, and availability.
What if there's a problem with my towing service?
If you encounter any issues with your towing service, please contact our support team using the contact information below. We recommend also communicating directly with your towing provider through the app's messaging system to resolve any immediate concerns.
Does EninTow offer roadside assistance besides towing?
Yes, many of our service providers offer additional roadside assistance including jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout services. When making a request, you can specify the type of assistance you need.

Troubleshooting
The app is not showing my correct location.
Make sure you have allowed EninTow to access your location in your device settings. If you're in an area with poor GPS signal, you can manually enter your address. If problems persist, try restarting the app or your device.
I can't log in.
Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.
My payment method was declined.
Verify that your payment information is correct and that your card has not expired. If you're still having issues, try adding a different payment method or contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your account.
The towing provider canceled my request.
